Objectives Of The Guild

It shall aim to be of service to the Church in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham by:

1. Supporting local ringers and bands in order to maintain ringing for church services
   
   
2. Providing training for ringers and assistance with recruiting
   
   
3. Encouraging the art of change ringing by:
   • Providing rewarding and enjoyable activities for members
     
   • Raising the profile of ringing within the Church and the wider community
     
     
4. Helping ringers improve their standard of ringing
   
   
5. Promoting and supporting ringing for national and community events
   
   
6. Assisting in the care and restoration of bells and their fittings
